Factory fitted audio and bluetooth on my Kuga. No problem with connectivity until a few days ago when my phone debonded from the Kuga bluetooth for no apparent reason. When you say keyless entry do you mean you can normally walk up to the car and it unlocks automatically without having to press the button on the key fob. The only reason I purchased Spotify was because of the integration with my Ford Sync system. It really worked well. It appears that Ford Sync still supports Pandora so it looks like I'll be cancelling Spotify and moving to Pandora.
